This year’s theme, “The Masquerade Assembly: Behind every mask a motive, behind every motive a truth,” is more than a phrase, it is an invitation. An invitation to unmask the intentions that shape global decisions, to uncover the stories hidden beneath the veils of power, and to confront the realities that others may prefer to keep concealed.
At FutureMUN, every debate becomes an unveiling. Every argument pulls at the threads of secrecy until only truth remains. We call upon delegates to step into this grand masquerade, to question what is seen, to challenge what is said, and to chase the truths that lie just beyond reach. For it is only when the masks fall that diplomacy becomes honest, and only through courage that the world can change.
